🌟 Guest Booking, Waiting List & Past Events Updates
We’ve introduced some small but significant changes to enhance your experience. You can now stay on top of your guest bookings by sending emails to guests anytime and keeping your staff notified of any changes. Additionally, members can join a waiting list through the app and get email notifications when a spot opens up. Finally, staff can fully edit past events, including adding or removing participants and creating or deleting events.
🔗 Third-Party Integrations
Expand your reach! We’ve enabled API access for aggregators in the new schedule, so soon you can open your classes to providers like ClassPass, OneFit, Gympass and more.
⏱️ Staff Time Tracking
Keep track of your team's hours with our new time tracking feature. Get a clear overview of scheduled vs. actual hours worked.
💳 Virtuagym Pay
Our payment platform now supports iDeal, SEPA, and BACS direct debit, along with recurring and one-off payments via Credit and Debit Cards. Plus, our automated dunning solution is coming soon, with even more features!
🌱 Habits System
Creating sustainable lifestyle changes is the ultimate challenge. We’ve updated our habits system with motivating streams, better visuals, and added two new habits: Sleep and Exercise.
