On 2nd October, HModa Group President Dr. Claudio Rovere participated as a speaker at the Made in Italy Summit, speaking on the panel “Fashion: invest in training not to lose the know-how that the world envies us.” During his speech, Rovere emphasized the importance of aggregation, highlighting how it allows companies, coming together in industrial groups such as HModa, to maintain their identity, but at the same time team up and invest in training and innovation. He mentioned as a virtuous example Accademia HModa, which, through professionalizing training courses aimed at the different companies in the group, trains more than 250 new specialized figures every year. In this way, it helps reduce the generation gap and preserve the heritage of Made in Italy. Rovere concluded his speech by emphasizing how aggregation is a winning strategy for facing the new challenges of innovation. For small and medium-sized companies, in fact, it is not always easy to devote time and resources to these issues. HModa Group, on the other hand, stands out for the support it offers to these realities, making its resources available to promote innovation in processes and manufacturing, thus enabling companies to grow and preserve their savoir-faire. On 2nd October 2024, Claudio Rovere, president of HModa, will be present as speaker at the Made in Italy Summit, a prestigious event organized by 24 Ore Eventi, by Il Sole 24 Ore, in collaboration with Financial Times and Sky TG24. Dr. Rovere will bring his experience with HModa to a panel entitled "Fashion, invest in training not to lose the know-how that the world envies us".   During his speech, he will illustrate the virtuous model represented by HModa and Accademia HModa which, from 2020, is committed to offering professional courses aimed at ensuring generational change within the Group companies and throughout the fashion industry. The objective is to preserve and pass on that heritage of skills and abilities that make Made in Italy an excellence all over the world. HModa stands alongside the young designers of tomorrow - in collaboration with Institut Français de la Mode, Master of Arts The first phase of the project in collaboration with the Institut Français de la Mode - Master of Arts has officially started, with a week full of intensive workshops. On this occasion, five companies of the Group had the opportunity to transmit their experience and know-how that characterizes our Group to tomorrow’s designers, contributing significantly to their knowledge of production processes. This synergy represents an important step towards the development of a new generation of creative people, in line with our innovative vision. In this year’s seminar the HModa Group placed emphasis on sustainbility and innovation as a key element to be passed on to future designers, who learned how the fashion industry, especially in the production stages, can benefit from the introduction of environmental and CSR awareness as well as virtual prototyping technologies, making processes more efficient and sustainable.
