🌲 Complex problem solver, leading with empathy 🧌 Passionate about ABM and Growth Operations 💎 #notaguru
Growth is growing again! My dream of creating the "New Zealand All-Blacks of Growth Consulting" is coming to fruition. I am looking to add our first addition to the sales team since William (Will) Davidson and I kicked things off four years ago. We need a powerhouse addition to Sales/ Solutions Architect to keep up with demand. This person will be pivotal in getting us from $1MAR to $3MAR in the next two years. This person will be primarily focused on working vetted opportunities (we have an inbound and outbound engine) but an established network is important as well. They need to have deep level of business acumen, a positive attitude, growth mindset, a level of energy that out paces me, and a deep need to be successful. Before I post a formal job, I hope to send a flare into the universe to see if we can find a few good people. A few things I do know - Full time - US based would be ideal (near a city w/ direct flights to Monterey a bonus) - A desire for an awesome team and company culture - Salary + commission (OTE) is 100% open to discussion; $100-200k very much on the table. - A strong relationship with HubSpot, Salesforce or other large partner network/ affiliation - Experienced in solving for the customer - Huge people person, you love creating genuine connection and long term relationships - Comfortability with talking on camera (we are gearing up a massive content engine) - Healthy hobbies #hiring #sales

Do you need an internal hire, or could you benefit from partnering with an agency? INTERNAL HIRE: - You want someone onsite, possibly to take on other tasks, like answering phones or speaking with clients. - You plan on giving your hire a substantial budget so that they can accomplish your marketing goals - You have immediate accessibility and access to your hire. AGENCY PARTNER - You want your marketing taken care of by a team of experts. - You want the most resources that can benefit your campaign or project. Marketing agencies are typically up to date with and have access to the latest in design and marketing software programs. - You’re looking to be cost-effective. The numbers aren't exactly the same, but usually, a marketing agency is more cost-conservative than an internally hired employee or team. Curious if an agency is right for you? #bostonmarketing #marketingstrategy #smallbusiness #businesstips #b2b #b2c #marketingagency #womeninbusiness #socialmediastrategy #branddevelopment #growyourbusiness

I help Businesses get seen on social-media to win new business | More affordable (and less HR stress) than an internal hire 🇦🇪🇬🇧
The average UK Marketing Manager is paid £43k - 53k* At the top end, that's a cost of £4,416.67 p/m That doesn't include; - Holiday & Sick Pay - HR headaches if they don't perform - Additional cost when the internal team can't 'do' a specialist marketing task - Paying recruitment fees to find the perfect candidate Have you ever considered a more low-risk way? I personally work with traditional businesses by; - Providing a fully outsourced UK marketing team - Providing support to an overstretched internal marketing team For one simple monthly cost. Risk-free. Rolling contract. AND it'll be a lot cheaper than the £4.5k p/m + No HR headaches if it doesn't work out. Is it time to get a better return from your marketing department? Guarantee you'll be getting a better team and saving money 👇 https://buff.ly/3Szfah1 *according to Glassdoor

Vice President of MarComm and Enrollment • Education Marketer | Problem Solver | Digital Strategist | Writer | Speaker | Introvert Leader
After six years at Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership, it's time for me to pass the torch and embark on a new adventure. So the hunt begins to find two dynamic team members to dive in and make an impact as Director of Marketing and Sales and Director of Operations. Are you a marketing whiz who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at juggling multiple tasks while keeping your eye on the big picture? The best candidates will understand: 1️⃣ Creativity Meets Analytics: We need someone who can think outside the box while also crunching the numbers. If you're a master at seeing the big picture without missing the details, you may be the right fit. 2️⃣ Marketing Is A Marathon: Strong marketing background? Check. Proficiency with common tools like Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Hubspot? Double check. But here's the deal: if you can't manage strategy down to execution, this job might not be your cup of tea. 3️⃣ Efficiency Means Better Service: Members are our heart and soul and efficiency with our time and resources enables us to serve members better. You’ve got to have time management on lock down, be responsive, and be comfortable asking for help so that members’ experience stays front and center. If you’re applying for the Director of Marketing and Sales, you'll have the chance to grow our regional presence and make a real difference in our community's national presence. If you’re applying for the Director of Operations, your role will be pivotal in keeping our operations running like a well-oiled machine, matching modern business practices every step of the way. What's in it for you? Incredible flexibility, generous PTO, full health benefits, and a match to your 403b. Plus, you'll be part of a culture that believes in working hard and playing hard. We're all about getting the job done, but we do it with some laughs and a good beverage. Controversial opinion: Marketing shouldn’t solely lead the purchase of sales technology within recruitment organisations 👀 This isn’t intended to offend those within those roles, however many times throughout the years I’ve seen a common trend. Failed implementations as a result of a marketing led purchase of sales tech. It’s often as a result of a lack of alignment. 1. Sales leaders/consultants being hit with new tech to use when they weren’t consulted throughout the process 2. A lack of understanding of the priorities on the sales side of the organisation 3. A lack of understanding of the desk based workflow being followed in the present day of those individuals I’ve been involved in some of the most successful launches of tech within orgs in my career, and marketing teams played a huge part. However those teams alone assessing, purchasing and leading the implementation in silo is typically where it goes wrong. I don’t just hear this from vendors, I hear it from the leaders and consultants from within recruitment businesses. There’s a tonne more I could add like vendors ensuring they engage across the org, driving the correct implementation programs and so on. However if you’re a marketing leader responsible for all rectech, then my number one tip for increased adoption/ROI would be to involve your sales counterparts during the earliest parts of the conversation for maximum results 🙌
