Interesting topic that we shall engage in today.

Manifestation is the latest buzzword. Let’s clear up some common misconceptions I often here.

🤔🤔🤔🤔 If only as Africans, we will learn and appreciate this without the unnecessary drama of wasteful emotions. For as long as it’s difficult for us to unite and stand together for what we believe is in our interests, we will forever remain where we are. We are always suspicious of one another, never able to hold unto a common position, and never trusted and acted fully in our collective values and power. Democracy and rule of law is failing because we failing to see that the totality of power and law rest within our collective sovereignty and not just the few elected or nominated or selected to rule. Our economic and political libration rest in our collective decision to protect our collective positions. We can turn our votes into economic emancipation processes for our nations if we decide not to give in to petty bribes and tokenism from those whom we give our unconditional political allegiances. The whole world is moving towards economic diplomacy policies. Will it therefore be wrong if we decide to make millionaires out of our own people by supporting African owned businesses? Will it also be wrong if African billionaires decide to support grassroots initiatives geared towards improving and empowering their communities? If we fail to put higher value on ourselves, we will be bought at any insignificant price. We are quick to point fingers of accusations to oppressors but always forget about what got us into these situations in the first place. ‘When you sell your own brother for money and power, even the buyers will not put any value on you’ - African proverb A divided people can never stand up to anything. We can’t even demand what is ours from politicians whom we voted into power. We keep complaining about corruption but can not even act to stop it when we know that our resources are being looted and deposited in the banks of our lenders. We glorify corruption and vitimise honesty, integrity and hard work even in our churches and mosques. Our political independence within our elections-focused-democratic governance has turned nations into economic circuses where the citizens as the performers and the few political class and multinationals are the financial beneficiaries. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 https://lnkd.in/ekuuNdRN
