How to improve you’re team.

Yes I am UNIQUE. We are all unique. We have different capabilities. Everyone is unique in his or her own way. I have my own strengths. Someone else has her own strengths different from mine. After understanding this we can take advantage and make good use of it. We can blend together. We bring our different strengths together to enable us achieve something good together. Unity is strength. In an organization or a company we come together with different expertise to make us realise our goals. Working together for one purpose. Our different strengths brought together for the success of the company. Team spirit is the thing here.

What do you think? When you as a team player discuss a solution to a system with your team and there is always that one person who will say the solution is not needed, but goes behind to discuss the same solution with your manager as their percieved idea. Have you been there?
