We ask the next government to roll out truly affordable homes, particularly in rural areas where local people cannot afford to live. Have you thought about making a Neighbourhood Plan? You and your community can direct where homes (& shops and offices) are to be built in your neighbourhood, where affordable homes for families, young couples, singletons and the elderly can be built and keep fields & green spaces undeveloped and green. It can stop unwanted development and help nature and wildlife. Parish Councils can help with the costs of the Plan.
