Habuild follows a simple yet powerful mantra - Consistency. Commitment. Continuous Improvement. And look how it reflects in our journey… In March 2020, while the world was adjusting to the global pandemic and the challenging times of lockdown, we launched 'Yoga Everyday' with just 3 members. 🧘 It was the beginning of something extraordinary. As we entered March 2021, we introduced Habit Tracking, attracting 120 members who shared our commitment to healthier living. Habit Tracking provided our members with a structured approach to building and maintaining healthy habits. ✔️📄 But it was in June 2022 that we truly made our mark on the wellness landscape. With our first 21 Days Free Yoga Challenge, we captured the hearts of over 100,000 participants worldwide. Due to this challenge, our community grew stronger, reaching 5,000 members by June 2022. 🌟 By December 2022, our community had expanded to 8,500 members, and we introduced Zumba and community programs to build engagement and freshness within our growing community. The year 2023 marked a significant turning point for us as we reached 32,000+ members and touched the lives of over 600,000 individuals through our 21 Days Free Yoga Challenge. In June 2023, we made history with the World Records Union, setting a world record for the most participants in a virtual yoga class - 134,047 individuals joined us in this wellness revolution. 🧘🌍 And just when we thought we couldn't push the boundaries any further, January 2024 brought another significant milestone! With 246,252 participants joining our yoga livestream on YouTube, we made a Guinness World Record, touching over 3.5 million lives in the process! 🤩 As of now, we are so close to hitting 2 lakh members practicing yoga daily with us.🧘♀️ As we reflect on our journey, we're reminded that consistency, commitment, and continuous improvement are not just words - they're the pillars of our success as a company. What are the pillars of your success as a company or an individual? Tell us in the comments. 👇💬

"Fortify Your Health: How Yoga Bolsters the Immune System for Professionals" In the relentless pursuit of career goals, maintaining robust health is paramount. Yoga, a multifaceted practice known for its physical and mental benefits, emerges as a powerful ally in strengthening the immune system. This ancient discipline goes beyond mere exercise, offering a holistic approach to wellness that is especially beneficial for busy professionals. Yoga boosts the immune system through a combination of stress reduction, improved circulation, and enhanced respiratory function. Stress, a common adversary in professional life, compromises immune response. Yoga’s stress-relieving practices, including deep breathing and meditation, counteract this effect, fostering a calm mind and a body better equipped to ward off illness. Moreover, yoga’s physical postures and sequences enhance circulation, ensuring that immune cells are efficiently distributed throughout the body. This optimized circulation aids in the rapid response to potential health threats, keeping professionals ready to face their demanding schedules. Respiratory health, crucial for immune function, also benefits from yoga. Pranayama, or yogic breathing techniques, increase lung capacity and respiratory efficiency. This is particularly relevant in today’s environment, where respiratory health is more important than ever. Incorporating yoga into your daily routine not only contributes to a stronger immune system but also to a more balanced lifestyle, integrating physical health with mental well-being. As professionals navigate the pressures and challenges of their careers, yoga offers a sanctuary for rejuvenation and resilience. "Revitalize Your Gut: How Yoga Boosts Digestion for Professionals" In the fast-paced rhythm of professional life, digestive health often takes a backseat, yet it's crucial for overall well-being and productivity. Yoga emerges as a gentle yet powerful ally, offering an effective way to enhance digestive function. This ancient practice combines physical poses, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote a healthy gut, demonstrating that wellbeing extends beyond the office. Yoga improves digestion through a variety of mechanisms. The physical movements and postures, particularly twists and bends, massage the abdominal organs, stimulating digestion and encouraging the movement of food along the digestive tract. This natural stimulation helps to alleviate common issues such as bloating and constipation, leading to improved gut health and comfort. Breathwork, or pranayama, another integral part of yoga, plays a significant role in enhancing digestive efficiency. Deep, controlled breathing increases oxygen supply and aids the body in metabolizing nutrients more effectively. This not only improves digestion but also enhances energy levels, keeping professionals alert and focused. Moreover, the mindfulness cultivated through yoga reduces stress, a known contributor to digestive problems. By promoting relaxation and reducing cortisol levels, yoga helps to normalize digestive processes, mitigating stress-related gastrointestinal issues like acid reflux and irritable bowel syndrome. Incorporating yoga into your daily routine can lead to significant improvements in digestive health, contributing to a more balanced and productive professional life. As you explore yoga's benefits, enjoy not just a more resilient digestive system, but also the increased vitality and wellbeing that come with it. #YogaForDigestion #ProfessionalWellbeing #GutHealth #StressRelief #YogaBenefits #YogaTherapy

"𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐚 - 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭!" In our journey towards mental and emotional wellness, it's easy to fall into familiar patterns. I've talked to many people who find themselves trapped in a cycle of endlessly scrolling through a barrage of self-help and wellness content, yet never actually taking action. This leads to more time spent passively consuming content and less time actively engaging with themselves and the world around them. Here's where Jammy steps in, blending guided introspection with actionable insights to help make decisions and perform tasks. In their AI guidance session with Jammy, an individual discovered their core values and motivations, realizing that to achieve the mind + body state they desired, they needed to challenge themselves with more advanced yoga. This wasn't about Jammy dictating more yoga, instructing them to do more yoga, or bombarding their feed with yoga content. Jammy's role was to provoke critical thinking through questions, helping the individual find their own solutions. Simply put, Jammy's power lies in enhancing self-awareness. Because at the end of the day, we inherently know what we need to feel fulfilled, whether it be our careers, personal lives, wellness routines. We just sometimes need a bit of assistance to peel back the layers blocking our path.
