If you think only a good product and customer service is what distinguishes any business... You are WRONG! Because Mohammed Zareef taught me something else. See... You can smile a lot, say 'yes' a lot and agree a lot with the customer.. But that won't change the customer's opinion about the business or brand. But what makes a difference is the IMPACT you MAKE to the customer. Mohammed made me loyal to Eataly food chain because he communicated the value I was looking for with a purpose.
