I'm not interested in hiring people that are motivated 🚫 To be honest, motivation is crap. Why? Because it comes and goes too easily. People that are 'motivated' only do what it takes when they feel like it. That doesn't equal high performance or long-term success. Fact 🤷♂️ When I'm hiring, I look for discipline. Why?
