Wow! What a week! Back to school at half full, llc means lots of team building and leadership development during faculty/staff orientation weeks! This week we had the honor and privilege of working with three amazing schools, driven by their vision, mission and values —- > The Gordon School, Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School and Barrington Christian Academy. We are thrilled to be partners with such caring people who pour into the lives of our future leaders! On Tuesday, we had LOTS of mission moments as we facilitated a super fun team building day with our friends at Tides Family Services - what incredible work they have been doing to build their growing team in a values-driven way! We also had a great session with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management RIDEM Wastewater Management Operators where we facilitated the end of a ten month leadership development Bootcamp with some pretty cool gentlemen who are looking at their future in the industry! Thank you to all of our clients and partners for your trust! Because of you, we are currently facilitating a three night/four day Youth Forward for 18 teenagers - at no cost to their families! ❤️ #notyouraveragefacilitators #teambuilding #workplaceculture #leadershipdevelopment #dowelldogood #SocialImpact
