Doug Logan, who's another member of our club, who's been involved with membership at the zone level as well. He used the word about flipping the conversation instead of people coming in and saying, this is what we do. Come join us. He says, what do you want to do? Exactly. That is a huge shift. For a lot of clubs that in the past have had their list of committees and their list of jobs and say oh you work in a bank We need a new treasurer. Yeah, and the last thing that person wants to do is be the treasurer Is to be the treasurer, but we've done that over and over instead if we said to that person we can enable something that you're passionate about. What would you like to do differently in this community? What would you like to be able to make happen that we can maybe enable for you? Fantastic! Let's figure out how we can make that happen.
