As leaders we can sometimes feel like we’re not appreciated. The folks we lead are paid well, have great benefits, and have ample time off, but it never seems like enough. What gives, right? Well, its not that folks aren't appreciative, they are, but these things don't help us connect. To connect and build trust, we have to touch the heart. Pay and benefits simply don’t do that.
