📊 Just because someone handles "Human Resources" "Recruiting" or other roles doesn't mean they should do everything within those functions HR might aid in hiring and benefits but not necessarily decide who's hired fired or benefits details Roles should align with expertise!! 🧐🤝

I have a problem with Human Resources Human Resources Leader Human Resources-ARKA Softwares - Human Resources, Oakland County + a million others & Top Employers Institute NHS Employers Employers for Women - AU Glassdoor for Employers WUZZUF for Employers I want to know why employers of labor are conniving with the Human resources to scale ⚖️ up depression on the job seekers, candidates and the employees. Over the past 10 years, I have searched and researched only to figure out the job description ascribed to one person is the volume of descriptions that could have been shared distinctively between 5 - 6 people. If the ideal candidate or candidates is expected to be multitasking, does it mean being over-tasking? You gotta work and die to meet the targets?
