12 years ago, I eagerly embraced the future with my first electric vehicle. Back then, the promise was clear: cleaner transportation with convenient charging and at a reasonable cost. Yet, here we are, a decade later, facing the same hurdles – expensive EVs, a limited charging network, and the inconvenience of planning trips around available stations. This stagnation feels like a lost decade. 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐕𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬? While there have been undeniable advancements in battery technology and range, the core issues hindering widespread adoption haven't been adequately addressed. Siemens Mobility has approved the first Mireo Plus H hydrogen trains for passenger service in Bavaria and Berlin-Brandenburg, marking a significant milestone for emission-free mobility in the regions.
