In the transformation of our national #energy system, improving building efficiency is crucial for sustainable and accessible energy production. Poor thermal insulation in #buildings leads to higher fossil fuel dependency and emissions. Regulations now demand positive energy balances, making efficiency essential. In Henesis, we are co-developing a new generation of tandem #solar cells and new products for BIPV. Thanks to the joint work of selected partners, the #FOURIER project plays a key role in defining a new hybrid construction-energy supply chain, focusing on developing a new photovoltaic system integrated into building façades.
