"...Who was the more reliable witness? Was it the provider of care? Or was it the patient? And after, you know, being in a litigation setting, we already have a lot of different types of feelings about the characters involved. And I think the beautiful thing about having videotape recordings, in this sense, is it gives you a sense of, hey, this is who this person is, to begin with, and look at, look at they're a good person, they're working as a provider, they're out there doing their best. And it changes the flavor of how you look at the provider. So kind of this informed consent plus part, having a video is not only a representation of what was said but it's also the reputation of your character." In my household of seven, unfortunately, five of us, including a toddler, have contracted COVID. This situation has certainly put a damper on our long holiday weekend plans. Initially, I felt a wave of frustration and disappointment, questioning why this had to happen now. However, I made a conscious decision to shift my mindset towards gratitude—an area I've been actively working on recently. Instead of dwelling on negativity—thinking "this isn't fair" or "why now"—I began to appreciate what we do have: Access to healthcare for necessary treatment. Sufficient space to quarantine and minimize exposure. Support from friends and family who are checking in on us during this challenging time. I reminded myself that things could always be worse. Practicing gratitude has become a powerful tool in cultivating a more positive perspective, even amidst unexpected challenges like this. #healthcare #dentist #hospital #medical #healthcare #healthandwellness #pandemic #surgery #nurselife #nursing #doctors #nurses #pharmacy #insurance #medstudent #medschool #medicalstudent #homecare #surgeon #pharmacist #

As COVID-19 continues to run rampant through the United States, hospitals are still struggling to keep up showing the true value of medical staffing agencies. Hospitals ran out of beds, and, more importantly, they were running out of staff to help. Once there was a greater need for medical staff, even medical staffing agencies were running thin on workers. With a simple call, you can have trained medical staff come to your aid in a matter of hours instead of weeks. The best part about staffing agencies is they are pre-vetted for the position. The moment hospitals received an influx of COVID-19 patients, the medical staffing agencies were already preparing for the anticipated arrival of calls. Experience Counts In Kidney Care! Hey it’s Nurse J here! I am looking for insight on why there is such a shortage of staff in dialysis units. I’ve been hearing quite a bit about the changes happening in facilities in many markets across the country. One of the biggest issues on the forefront is a shortage of qualified nurses and technicians. I am interested in the thoughts of others who work in the space. I strongly believe that in the world of dialysis, having a seasoned team isn’t just a luxury – it’s the heartbeat of quality care. Experience isn’t replaceable; it’s the wealth of knowledge that fine-tunes every process. Valuable staff, with their years of expertise, ensures that each patient receives not just treatment, but compassionate and informed care. Because when it comes to health, a wealth of knowledge is the greatest asset. 💙 #DialysisCare #ExperiencedTeam #Teamwork #NephrologyCare #HealthcareConsulting #nurse #nurselife #nursepractitioner #nephrology #registerednurses #nursesinspirenurses #nurseentrepreneur #healthcare #renal #dialysis #kidney #lawfirm #leadership #legal #career #inspiration #goals #motivation #educational #compliance #likes #careergoals #leadership #organic #trending #selflove #selfcarethreads
