People often ask me why I work at IKEA. The main reason is that IKEA's values resonate with my own.
In this post, I'll explain more about the IKEA key values (the 8 bold words in this post). They are the essential building blocks of IKEA's success.
Here we go:
𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 is the cornerstone of IKEA’s culture. Our strength lies in mutual trust, shared purpose, and enjoying our journey together. ❤️
We are committed to 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁. Our actions today can create a positive impact that lasts for generations. 🌍
𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 drives us; it allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. We strive to make beautiful and functional homes accessible to as many people as possible. 💰
𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 is in our DNA. We stay grounded, pragmatic, and authentic. We see bureaucracy as our biggest enemy. 🤏
We constantly 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲, seeking better ways forward. Challenges inspire us, and we embrace experimentation. 🔎
Being 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 defines us. We question norms, think unconventionally, and learn from our mistakes. 😎
𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Empowering individuals fosters growth. Trust, positivity, and forward-thinking drive development. 💪
We see leadership as an action, not a position. We look for people’s values before their experience, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 to bring out the best in each other. ✌️
