Building Safety Regulator (BSR) The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) serves as the governing body for high-risk buildings in England, overseeing building control approval applications. Prior to commencing any construction, approval from the BSR is a prerequisite. It is imperative that the design aligns with the functional criteria outlined in the building regulations, a crucial step referred to as planning gateway 2. This ensures compliance and adherence to safety standards throughout the construction process. #BuildingSafety #Regulations
