Taking risks hits different in your career once you bet everything on a big idea, and not how you'd think. I put everything on the line to make something huge happen. 💥 I met with a key decision-maker from Ringling Brothers Circus, and shared this bold proposal—an idea with huge potential... but nothing was guaranteed. 😬 Here’s the twist: he wasn’t convinced at first. No immediate contract, no promises. He gave me six months to make it work. If it did, we’d both have a great story and be really happy. If not? Well, I’d need to find another job. 😅 🎯 Pressure: Married, two kids, mortgages, and all the responsibilities weighing me down. My network was telling me I was crazy to leave a secure job for something uncertain. But I had a different vision. ✨ Five days later, I called Ringling Brothers and said, “That company you were looking for? It’s real now.” 👊 And then the real leap began... 🔥 Highlights: Assembled a creative team of artists Put together 200+ concept boards 💡 Left a national sales meeting mid-day to take the plunge After presenting our ideas in Virginia, the Ringling Brothers team told us they had “good news and bad news”... 😳 The rest is history, but the lesson here?
