Seller issues commercial invoice, Buyer signs and return commercial invoice along with an acceptance letter of commitment to execute transaction. 3. Seller issues to Buyer the below Partial POP Documents: Ø Statement of Product Availability. Ø Unconditional Commitment to Supply. Ø SGS Chemical Testing Application Form issued by Seller, to be signed by Buyer for processing of Fresh SGS. Ø Inspection Approval Letter to be signed by buyer’s tank farm. 4) Upon confirmation of the above documents by Buyer, Seller issues to the Buyer the below Full POP Documents: 1) Injection Schedule. 2) Act of Transfer / Change of Ownership Documents. 3) Authority to Sell and Collect (ATSC) 4) Freshly Updated SGS Report (72 Hours). 5) Injection / Q&Q Report. 6) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with tank number, GPS coordinates and tank location. 7) Authorization to Verify (ATV) physical verification. 8) Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA). 5. NCNDA/IMFPA is signed by all intermediaries / agents / mandates involved. Upon successful dip test by Buyer, Buyer presents its TSR and Seller injects product into Buyer’s tanks and Buyer makes payment for the total value of product injected into the tanks by MT103/TT. 6. Seller pays all intermediaries / agents / mandates involved in the transaction. Upon satisfaction by Buyer, both Buyer and Seller sign contract for monthly delivery with rolls and extension END OF PROCEDURE – NOT NEGOTIABLE

PROCEDURES TANK-TO-TANK FOB HOUSTON / ROTTERDAM 1. Buyer issues and sends Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with seller's transaction procedure along with passport copy of the company representative. The buyer will also provide the tank Storage Agreement (TSA) to the seller. 2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI). Buyer executes and returns Cl to seller. 3. Seller releases Injection Programming Agreement (IPA) to buyer for affirmation to program product injection with buyer's tank farm. IPA should be fully executed including Pipeline access codes and Terminal Hub No., of the assigned Storage Tanks. 4. Upon successful programming, seller's representative, SGS team, and buyer's representative meets at seller tank storage for the tank and pipeline verification and seller issues the hard copy of POP documents to buyer's representatives in person (face to face). : • Quantity and Quality certificate (SGS) 48hrs fresh • Tank Storage Receipt (TSR). • Product passport (Dip Test result). • Statement Of Product Availability. • Refinery Commitment to supply. • Authorization to Sell/Collect (ATSC). • Company registraion certificate. • Authorization letter to verify the product with the tank farm. 5. Upon successful verification of documents and SGS report by buyer's team buyer commence dip test in seller's tank, if need be, for more confirmation. 6. Upon confirmation of product Q&Q, seller begins injection into buyer's tank storage and all parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA. 7. The buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total product available. 8. The seller changes the title of ownership to the buyer's name and pays all intermediaries according to the signed NCNDA/IMFPA and the buyer lifts the product. Below is the This is a sample of the ATV. It would be provided to the buyer upon acceptance of his tank farm TSA.

EQM COMPANY is the bridge between you and your suppliers During the whole inspection process, we found that 12 out of 315 products had the defect of surface bubbles, and the ratio was as high as 38,095ppm, which far exceeded the customer's acceptance standard. In view of this, the customer took it very seriously and commissioned us to conduct an in-depth investigation into the cause of the defects. After careful investigation, we found that the factory had similar problems recorded in the past. After analyzing, there were two possible causes: first, impurities in the raw materials; second, incomplete cleaning during machine tuning. In order to solve this problem, we propose the following improvement measures: 1. Strictly control the quality of raw materials to ensure that the incoming raw materials do not have any impurities; 2. Before the machine is turned on, the remnants of the previous product are thoroughly cleaned to ensure that there is no residue inside the machine; 3. The first sample after the machine is turned on should be carefully inspected to ensure that there is no problem before continuing production; 4.
