Between Simplicity and Visual Chaos: Reflections on Architecture I believe architecture is more than just designing buildings—it’s about connecting with the soul and the eye. In the image below, we present a comparison between two radically different architectural styles: 🔹 The Modern Minimalist Villa (Left): This style always gives me a sense of comfort. Clean lines and open spaces allow the eyes to breathe, without any visual clutter. The calmness that emanates from these designs resonates with our innate need for relaxation, reflecting a true beauty that never grows tiresome. 🔹 The Overly Decorated Classical Villa (Right): Excessive ornamentation might seem appealing at first glance, but it quickly becomes a burden on the eyes. What appears to be luxury at first hides what I can only describe as “visual pollution.” Initially, you might think it's beautiful, but upon further reflection, you start to feel overwhelmed and distracted, making the experience less enjoyable. This contrast between the two styles highlights that true beauty doesn’t lie in excessive details, but in the balance and comfort they provide to the eye and mind. Modern architecture shows how simplicity can be the real strength behind a design. #Architecture #BuildingDesign #ModernArchitecture #Simplicity #VisualComfort #Bh
