How to find good quality employees Now, how to find good people is not easy. There's a lot of people are speaking to lately where there's a lot of job openings and they're unable to find the right people. What have I been doing? I've been a couple different things. I've done really well and indeed, and they have this thing where if you don't accept within 72 hours, you don't have to pay for it, which is a beautiful thing. So indeed, been doing great for me, LinkedIn is a good thing. A lot of people, a lot of success on LinkedIn. But I've also lately been using headhunters with something called a predictive index test where they go out there, they look for people and they have a personality test that's actually legit, not this smoke and mirrors woo type. That where you design the personality test with them prior and you get people that fit the exact personality, type, temperament, attention span, whatever it is you are looking for.
