Many hands make light work.. Fresh from walking up and down the Old Man of Coniston in the Lake District on Sunday. Back with the team ready to take on our next challenge/project. Our most recent project saw us partnering with an international developer / utility emerging into the German market with huge ambitions. The Brief: Moving from development into construction, build the core of a delivery team across Substations and Solar PV. The business had no existing team and identified the need to partner with a specialist with mature relationships in the region and sector. The Challenge: Extremely competitive market with every player in the market looking for the same type of profiles.
