The future of schools is skills over degrees. Teaching relevant skills in a cost effective way. What will education be like in the future? I think that education will become more focused, and condensed, and teach the specific skills that people need for job functions. The future of schools will be in measurable skills over degrees. This should allow for shorter education time frames. #education #jobskills #Learning #skills #technology

Despite the increasing number of schools and students graduating, the unemployment rate continues to rise. Meanwhile, corporates are struggling to fill numerous vacancies. Can you see where the gap lies? It’s the quality of education. Many graduates lack essential skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application of knowledge. But WHY DO THEY LACK?? The core foundation for these skills is set at the SCHOOL level, where students’ abilities to learn, understand, and interpret are developed. If this foundation is weak, no amount of college training can make up for it. At Cyboard School, we’re addressing this gap by focusing on high-quality, AI-powered education that strengthens the foundation of a student’s skills from the very beginning. Our curriculum emphasizes practical skills, life skills, personalized learning paths, and interactive lessons to ensure students are prepared for the real world and the future. #EducationGap #SkillGap #CyboardSchool #FutureReady #QualityEducation #lackofskills #graduates #reiventingschooling #educationsystem #practicalskills
