Today we released the NP4271 series, a 500-mA LDO voltage regulator with built-in watchdog timers and reset functions by window-type output voltage monitoring for automotive applications. This product contributes to system miniaturization and construction of systems with stable operation and enhanced security by containing WDTs with excellent timing accuracy, reset functions with highly high-accuracy window-type output voltage monitoring, and an LDO with fast transient response into a single chip.
