We promise, you ARE good enough. Here's how to embrace your inner superhero:
Quieting imposter syndrome is simply facing fear and doubt. Knowing you're valuable just for being alive. Then, you can learn skills and work towards being the best version of yourself. You are enough just the way you are right now.
I think we all undersell ourselves to a degree! this is so important, thanks for sharing ❤️
this is true.. we got this
Insightful! —I noticed that many people who are doubtful about their performance are those who constantly observe, improve, and conduct insightful analyses across a variety of situations. They are more likely to be resilient to changes …if not the change makers as well .✨🙌
Absolutely brilliant 🤩
Love this positive message! Embracing our inner superhero is so important, especially in the health and wellness sector where we strive to help others feel their best. Let's all remember that we are good enough and capable of achieving great things. 💪🏼
I wish people would stop using this label and just recognize that right now, one does not have the confidence, yet - its, when dealt with, a transitory experience. Move on. label your self & ur likely to get stuck there. Jim

1moWhat a powerful statement: “We are all born superheroes, then we spend the rest of our lives apologizing for it. So If you’re not ready to embrace your inner superhero, do it for the young people in your life just so they can see what it looks like to be scared but do it anyway. Or, do it for your colleagues; otherwise, you’re cheating them out of all the ideas, skills and connections you’ve developed and could develop. Don’t be stingy with your gifts”.
