In 2022, when I quit my 9-5, 3 separate people sat me down and told me I was mad: > 1 was my girlfriend at the time. > 1 was a friend from university. > 1 was the director of the company. Today, over 2 years later, my company is growing from strength to strength and all three of those people are no longer in my life. I don’t share this to tell you to cut people out of your life. I share this to say that if the people closest to you don’t believe in you, they’re not always the right people for you, and don’t always have the answers. Make sure to: 1. Trust your gut. 2. Find something that energises you. 3. Give 1000% of your effort every day. And ignore people who are happy to put you down. Because the only person who knows what you’re capable of is you.

Are you on this earth to do your job at work? I bet if you took ONE hour out of your schedule every week to ask: "What's my purpose?" your existing job probably won’t be the answer. So why are we killing ourselves to over-perform or "Win at Work"? If you're like me you probably don't practice reflecting on life as much as you should. We get to a point where the routine is so ingrained into our mind and body that we forget that there may be a better way to do things. When I started asking myself again – what's my purpose it was scary but also eye-opening. I knew I needed to make a change. "Winning at Work" needed to turn into "Winning at Home" So I built myself a new blueprint to align deeper life purposes with my everyday actions. Want it for yourself? Type "Winning" in the comments or a DM and I'll tell you how you can get it.

I have no illusions of who I am. I’ve never been more real. What I’m doing and who I’ve become might be shocking to some people. But it’s who I’ve always been. I’ve just always kept it to myself. Before I was afraid. I’ve failed at a lot of things throughout my life. When people that know me saw me stirring up another idea, they would say, here he goes again. They’ve watched me try to do this or that only to lose momentum, get bored or frustrated and quit. I took a step back. I took time to get to know myself. I studied myself. I studied the greats - Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Napoleon Hill, Wayne Dyer, Oprah Winfrey, Dale Carnegie, Eckhart Tolle, and so many, many more. What they say is true. I know because I’ve applied their principles to my own life. It’s taken me a long time to get to this point, but it’s been worth the wait. You don’t have to spend years reading and waiting like I did. Looking back now, it all makes sense. It’s funny how life has a way of showing us what we should have known all along. Your calling is out there. Don’t settle for what if. Find it. Chase it. Build it. You don’t have to wait. You don’t have to dive as deeply as I did. You just have to be willing to learn. I’m sharing what I’ve learned because I believe making people feel good about who they are and what they do can take the rough edges off of life. You don’t have to change. But if you feel like something’s missing, like you’re meant for more, come find it! One thought. One word. One action. #personaldevelopment #motivation #thinkandgrowrich #tonyrobbins #napoleonhill
