Your overall mental health is, therefore, intrinsically linked to your habits. You can't change habits if you don't know they are habits. You can only change what you know. Journaling is an excellent way of documenting your habits so you can discover them through visual representation. You can then make a connection between those habits and how they impact your thoughts and feelings.
