We’ve noticed a beautiful tradition growing within our team-one that isn’t part of any company policy, but a heartfelt gesture from each of us. Whenever an employee visits a religious place, they bring back prasad for everyone. And when our co-founders or team members return from international business trips, they share treats, like the famous chocolates or souvenirs from those countries. It’s not a rule; it’s simply something we all love doing. These gestures go beyond the act of sharing food or gifts. They remind us that we’re not just colleagues; we’re a family. Each shared moment, whether it's prasad or an international treat, brings a little bit of everyone’s personal journey into the workplace, creating a culture of unity and appreciation. These gestures spread joy and make everyone feel valued and included, helping us form deeper connections and friendships. When everyone participates in these moments of sharing, it creates a workplace where we all feel at home, and where every little celebration counts. That’s why these small acts make such a big difference. At Ascetic Business Solution, it’s these small, thoughtful acts that make our workplace truly special. We celebrate not just work wins but life’s little joys together! 🍫🙏 #WorkCulture #TeamBonding #SharingJoy #AsceticBusinessSolution #Togetherness

🌟 Recognizing the Unsung Heroes: A note of Appreciation 🌟 Today, as I eagerly opened my food delivery package from FAASOS , I found more than just delicious food. Within was a small note, detailing the tireless effort of a working mother, Tulsi Amma, who had dedicated her Sunday to ensuring my meal was packed with care. This simple gesture touched my heart and reinforced a valuable lesson: It's the small acts of appreciation that truly matter. In the realm of HR, we often focus on cash awards and bonuses as forms of recognition. However, it's moments like these that remind us of the power of genuine acknowledgment. Let's not underestimate the impact of recognizing and rewarding our colleagues for their dedication and hard work. Whether it's a heartfelt note, a shoutout in a meeting, or a token of appreciation, these gestures go a long way in fostering a culture of gratitude and camaraderie in the workplace. Join me in celebrating the unsung heroes who make a difference in our daily lives. Let's make recognition and appreciation a cornerstone of our organizational culture. #RecognitionAndReward #AppreciationMatters #EmployeeRecognition #HR #WorkplaceCulture #Gratitude

Have you ever paused to reflect on what you are truly grateful for, whether in life or at work? Tonight at our family Thanksgiving dinner, the youngest relative at the table asked a simple yet powerful question: "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫?" Her question made all of us pause and reflect deeply before answering. When it came to my turn, I shared, "I am grateful for Nono," our new kitten who has been such a sweet addition to our home and a joy to our guests. Upon reflection, I realized it is not just about Nono. Our blessings in life are limitless if we take the time to notice and count them. This thought reminded me of a campaign I launched years ago when I was still working in the corporate world, called "𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲". My training team and I rolled this out across 25 retail shops in Hong Kong. We coached Shop Managers to recognize and appreciate small, positive behaviors from their teams by writing them down and posting them in a bulletin board in the office every week. What started with managers soon spread to staff, who began showing appreciation to their teammates as well. This initiative wasn’t driven by rewards or prizes, but by the joy and morale boost that came from seeing their messages appreciated by others. The ripple effect was powerful. It fostered kindness, support, and engagement across the entire Brand. Since then, I have taken this experience to help other companies plant the seeds of an 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 in their teams. The impact? Enhanced morale, increased retention, and improved performance. So, what are you waiting for? Start it today. If you are not sure how to start building an 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, let’s chat. I’d be happy to share insights and help you get started. #Thanksgivingday #Thanksgivingdinner 🇨🇦 #Appreciation #Gratefulness #Gratitude #CompanyCulturue #CoachAgnes #SolutionBulb

This month’s Company Update was a special one, filled with great news, milestones, and achievements. We're thrilled that Tamara Lewis has been recognised as our Hero of the Quarter! 👏 Her hard work and unwavering dedication have made a huge impact on the team and the company overall. As a company, we continue to push forward with exciting projects and hit key milestones, and it’s moments like these that remind us how much our people contribute to our progress. We’ve had a great quarter, and we couldn’t be prouder of the collective efforts that have brought us here. From new initiatives to ongoing growth, it’s clear we’re on the right path. Of course, no celebration would be complete without some delicious treats! A huge thank you to Hannah Culley's Cakes & The Butchers Mate for the amazing cakes. Here’s to more achievements and continued success, with a team that knows how to work hard and celebrate together! #CompanyUpdate #HeroOfTheQuarter #EmployeeRecognition #Teamwork #Celebration #LeadingResolutions

In the fast-paced world we navigate daily, it's easy to overlook the power of appreciation. Today, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team we have and the profound impact that expressing gratitude can have on our work environment and overall success. When we take the time to acknowledge each other's efforts—whether it's a small act of kindness or a significant achievement—we foster a culture of support and collaboration. This not only boosts morale but also enhances productivity, creativity, and innovation. Each "thank you" reinforces our bond and reminds us that we're all in this together. Since I joined Vox Sahara I rolled out an idea that helps us to appreciate each others it’s called **"انت كفو" (Ent Kafo)**, designed to encourage everyone to share their appreciation for both the little things and the big accomplishments. Whether it's recognizing a teammate for going the extra mile or simply thanking someone for their daily support, this initiative will help cultivate a positive atmosphere where everyone's contributions are valued. Let's make it a habit to express our gratitude and celebrate our successes together. Remember, appreciation is a powerful motivator, and it can make a world of difference in our workplace. #TeamAppreciation #EntKafo #Gratitude #Teamwork #CompanyCulture

One of my greatest joys was strategically instigating ways for the company to support Pride Month both internally and externally. That's right, I said instigating. The results were closely tied to my job description, but the accountability for the actions needed went beyond my formal scope of work. So I took on the role of the instigator. Why you need an instigator in the workplace: Drive Change: Instigators identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to implement new ideas and solutions. Spark Innovation: They bring fresh perspectives and creative approaches to problem-solving. Challenge the Status Quo: Instigators question existing practices and encourage others to think differently. Inspire Action: Their enthusiasm and determination motivate colleagues to step out of their comfort zones. Build Connection: They foster human connections and cross-functional collaboration. Break Down Barriers: Instigators help break down organizational silos and promote a more cohesive work environment. My intent in taking on the role of an instigator for Pride Month was driven by my understanding of the staff's desires and the organization's vision of supporting its employees and external community. Although I didn't have the final approval power, I knew who did. And voilà! Instigators play a crucial role in driving meaningful change and fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace. By taking on this role, I was able to help align our efforts with both internal values and external commitments, making Pride Month a truly impactful and celebrated occasion. What are you doing to make this month and every month impactful for your staff and the communities you serve? #culturetransformation #instigators #DEI #changemanagement #PrideMonth

When did you last reward yourself? I’m not talking about receiving 🎁 from others - your kids, partner, Mum, Dad or siblings. But from YOU. When did you last reward yourself with something that makes you happy? It’s such a personal thing. Here are my top 3 treats in no particular order: ✅ Lancôme lipsticks - a girl needs to feel special ✅ Lindt Lindor milk chocolates- my favourite sweet indulgence ✅ Luxurious Safari trips - because I’m definitely NOT a camper 🤣 Yes, I am guilty of treating myself to all the above 👆🏽 rewards of late. Because if I can’t role model recognition for my efforts, how can I expect this of my teams? I’m practicing what I preach. How do you like to reward yourself? #hr #rewardandrecognition

Early in my entrepreneurial journey, every time I filled a role, my husband would buy me a little bottle of Moet Champagne to celebrate. It became a tradition, a way to acknowledge the hard work and dedication that goes into every successful placement. But as time went on (and after we had a baby!), the celebrations became simpler—like a nice dinner out or even just treating ourselves to a piece of cheesecake or just buying myself a special coffee before work. What hasn’t changed, though, is the importance of celebrating each win. In this fast-paced industry, it’s easy to move on to the next thing without stopping to appreciate the effort and dedication that led to success. But taking a moment to celebrate reminds us of how far we've come and keeps us motivated for the journey ahead. Whether it’s big or small, I'd love to hear your rituals or ways of acknowledging achievements. Let’s make sure we’re giving ourselves credit for the hard work we put in! 💬 How do you celebrate your wins? #DefineHR #CelebrateYourWins #SmallWinsBigWins
