It's one thing to talk about having a product-led org, but it's another thing to execute on it. It's too easy to stay in historically focused comfort zones, to become hesitant in pushing fast and killing quickly, or to think it de-risks by spending months or years developing on the back of too many focus groups. Over the last few years Hard Rock Digital and Michael Primeaux, CFA, CPA have become a 4.9 out of 5 star iOS app, jumped into a Top 5 E&K sportsbook product ranking, and just moved from 29th to Top 10 in the first test on our casino product. Since that test, which was on a product that existed 4-months ago, several hundreds of games have been released bringing our total near 2,000 and a completely data-science driven personalized lobby introduced. As the NFL / fall season quickly approaches, we'll re-introduce v2 of certain innovations, maintain our 2-week release sprints, and continue to invest in our product-led strategy because ultimately to get the most out of our industry you have to be able to promote something that exudes passion. - https://lnkd.in/gPt4xn6a - https://lnkd.in/gG9mATbK
