In Today's newspaper (20th Dec) - businessline.
Every year the students who graduate from every college are looking to get into the IT Industry,
My question is
1. why the freshers are not ready to take the risk of looking after their family business or starting a new venture? as they cannot be able to take risks while they have commitments in life i.e. EMI...home loans etc.
2. Why the people from IITs and IIMs are getting placed easily with the higher wage why not others?
3. Why people are stumbling to find a job as we have many platforms like Naukri...etc?
Like this there are many.... please comment your thoughts.

Should I relocate myself to cities like Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida when I am looking for a job?
The answer is a definite yes, unless you have some serious financial issues and/or responsibilities to care at home.
Let's analyze the situation:
1. Without a job after graduation, you will be either pampered at home with sympathy or will be ill treated for not securing a job. Both situations are unwanted and will only have negative impact on your job hunt.
2. When you leave your home, essentially you are out of your comfort zone. This will add more reality to your personality and can shape your thoughts for practical scenarios.
3. You meet a lot of people, each with a different story, you find inspiration, seld discover your inner capabilities, realize that you are not alone and sometimes how lucky you are.
4. But when you step out from home, do so with minimal finance from parents and try to minimize your dependency on your family as much as possible.
Always remember to have some good company when you are away from home.
When you want to board the train you need to be in the railway station 😀
Best Wishes

Staying alert and avoiding fake job opportunities is crucial to protect yourself from potential scams. Here are some tips to help you identify and steer clear of fake jobs:
Research the Company:
Look for information about the company online. Legitimate companies will have a professional website, a physical address, and a valid phone number.
Check the company's reputation on review sites and forums to see if there are any complaints or warnings about scams.
Verify Contact Information:
Be cautious if the only form of communication is through email or a generic web form. Legitimate companies usually have official email addresses and phone numbers.
Verify the contact information provided by the company, and reach out directly to confirm the legitimacy of the job offer.
Check for Red Flags:
Be wary of job offers that seem too good to be true, promising high salaries for minimal work or requiring little to no experience.
Watch out for poorly written job postings with grammatical errors and unprofessional language.
Beware of Upfront Fees:
Legitimate employers do not require candidates to pay fees for job applications, interviews, or training.
Be cautious if you are asked to pay for background checks, credit reports, or any other upfront costs.
Research Job Descriptions:
If the job description is vague or doesn't provide clear responsibilities, it could be a sign of a scam.
Compare the job description with typical roles in the industry to ensure it makes sense and aligns with your skills.
Use Job Boards Wisely:
Stick to reputable job search websites and platforms. Be cautious if a job posting seems out of place or doesn't match the usual content on the site.
Avoid sharing personal information or financial details on job boards until you've verified the legitimacy of the employer.
Trust Your Instincts:
If something feels off or too good to be true, trust your instincts. Scammers often use pressure tactics to rush applicants into making hasty decisions.
Check for a Physical Address:
Legitimate companies have physical addresses. Be cautious if the company only provides a P.O. Box or doesn't have a verifiable location.
Interview Process:
Be suspicious if the interview process seems overly casual, lacks professionalism, or is conducted through unconventional means, such as messaging apps or personal email accounts.
Consult with Others:
Seek advice from friends, family, or colleagues if you are uncertain about the legitimacy of a job offer. They may provide valuable insights or share their experiences.
By staying vigilant, researching companies thoroughly, and using common sense, you can reduce the risk of falling victim to fake job scams.#fresherjobs#fakenews#linkedincommunity#linkedinfamily#pharmacyjobs#freshers#guideance#vaccines#scamalert

Stop Considering Freshers as a Liability in actual they can be your assets if you train them-

Here are Top 10 excuses given by HR / Recruiters for Not to Hire FRESHERS or Not to Pay them well.
These HR have assumptions in their mind :
1. Freshers are NOT Useful for companies. (Who decides?)
2. Freshers don't have Ground Knowledge. (How can you say without giving chance? )
3. Freshers don't want to work hard. ( Work Smart is today's demand? )
4. Freshers are too demanding or ambitious.
(Whats wrong with it? )
5. Freshers Must work in almost free to company.
( Are you not taking any Salary?)
6. Freshers Education is of no use to company.
(Really? what about your education? That's for sure much out dated)
7. Freshers have no liability so they must not pay well.
(Who gonna decide that?)
8. Freshers are not Employable ( Did you tried them to check their ability?)
9. Freshers need much focus on learning, salary will increase later. ( This later mostly never comes)
Last one..
10. When we were freshers we had struggle alot and our Employers exploited us. (So now we will exploit Freshers)
Do you agree?
Any thing else to add?
"Disappointed to learn that many finance companies or banks are not open to hiring freshers!
As someone who's eager to start their career in finance, it's disheartening to face rejection due to lack of experience.
I believe that freshers bring new perspectives, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. We may not have experience, but we have the potential to grow and contribute to the industry.
Let's encourage finance companies to give freshers a chance! We need more opportunities for entry-level positions and training programs to help us build our careers.
