This week, Harkins joined Pennrose, Moseley Architects, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Glenarden Phase III, with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Glenarden, MD. We are proud to officially add 158 townhome units across 14 buildings to the Glenarden community. These townhomes offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, with added amenities such as a swimming pool and sports court. Following the successful completion of Phases I and II, Harkins was excited to contribute to this third phase, which provides high-quality, affordable housing for residents of Prince George's County. Another Church being targeted as potential for demolition, with active pitching for multi residential development. This Sanctuary is truly beautiful, and should be preserved. Should the City of Vancouver and the provincial government not step in with low cost subsidies and heritage preservation, which, when designed thoughtfully and sensitively will keep the church building as part of the development. I have done so in another project and it can be done. “The real estate firm is pitching the property, located at 4397 West 12th Ave., as a large multiplex development opportunity.
