Lemon and lavender juice Ingredients: Juice of 2 lemons 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers 2 cups of cold water 1 teaspoon honey (optional) ice Cube Method: Boil the water with lavender flowers and let it cool completely. In a shaker, muddle limes, blackberries, mint leaves, and optional fruit until muddled well. 2. Add rum, simple sugar, ice, and shake for 10 seconds. 🪇 3. Pour contents into a glass (no straining) and top with two ounces of club soda. Stir and garnish with mint leaves.

Divide the dough in half and knead for 5 to 10 minutes, adding green food coloring to one half. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. 2. Roll the green piece into a 8 in circle and shape the other half into a log. 3. Wrap the green dough around the white log and slice into quarter inch coins. 4. Roll the coins into flat rounds and add a spoonful of your dumpling filling. 5. Pinch the top together to form the money bag shape and steam for 7-10 minutes. 6. The process of making a red floating cake** Rice cakes are a traditional Vietnamese dish, often made during the Korean New Year and other holidays. Red floating cakes are not only delicious but also have a lucky meaning. Here is the detailed process for making red floating cakes: **Material:** 1. Glutinous flour: 500g 2. Alum sugar (or jaggery): 200g 3. Coconut milk: 200ml 4. Shredded coconut: 100g 5. Peeled green beans: 200g 6. Natural red color (can be colored from beetroot, gac or rose) 7. Salt: 1/4 tsp **Tool:** 1. Autoclave 2. Bowls, plates, spoons 3. Tray 4. Food wrap **Process:** **Step 1: Prepare the glutinous dough** 1. Put the glutinous dough in a large bowl. 2. Slowly add the red water to the dough, kneading with your hands until the dough is soft and smooth and does not stick to your hands. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little colored water; If the dough is too wet, add a little glutinous flour. **Step 2: Make the filling** 1. Soak the green beans in water for about 4 hours to soften, then steam them. 2. While the chickpeas are hot, mash them and mix with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and shredded coconut. 3. Mung bean kernels into small balls about 1-2cm. **Step 3: Shape the cake** 1. Divide the dough into small portions, round and flattened. 2. Place the mung bean filling in the middle, wrap tightly and round the ball. 3. Do the same until the dough runs out and the filling. **Step 4: Boil the cake** 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 2. Drop each cake into a pot of boiling water, boil until the cake rises to the surface, about 3-5 minutes. 3. Take out the cake and drop it immediately into a bowl of cold water so that the cake does not stick together. **Step 5: Make coconut milk** 1. Heat the coconut milk, add a pinch of salt and sugar if you like sweet. Stir well and let cool. **Step 6: Present and Enjoy** 1. Arrange the cake on a plate, pour coconut milk on top. 2. Sprinkle more shredded coconut if desired. **Note:** - To make the cake naturally red, you can use beetroot: peel, squeeze the juice and strain through a sieve to get the colored water. - If using gac, take the gac meat, mix it with white wine and strain the colored water. - If using persimmons, soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes, strain the colored water.
