Just completed my CP317 software engineering course and it was an incredible experience! I gained valuable insights into the common principles software engineers follow to develop quality software products that meet the needs of their customers. Throughout the course, I learned about the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the important stages software engineers use when developing reliable, quality software products for their clients. These stages include Requirement Gathering, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Development/Implementation, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance. I'm excited to apply these insights in my upcoming software projects and my first co-op work term next summer! #softwareengineering #SDLC #qualitysoftware #coopterm #learningneverstops

🚀 Last weekend I completed the nRF Connect SDK Fundamentals course from Nordic Semiconductor 💫 It is a great introduction course to nRF Connect SDK and The Zephyr Project. I really like the #handon exercises. The explanation of the #UART driver is great the clarification of the #scheduler and how to handle #threads is awesome. 💻 I really recommend this course to everyone who likes embedded software. Here's the video that finally sold me that I'll be switching to using NixOS. I feel great about the end goal, and terrified of the sweat, blood, and tears required to get there. But, that's never stopped me before. The main draw, for me, is the ability to swiftly replicate my dev environment onto any future system within minutes, instead of days. Not only that, but configuring my dev environment has always been a struggle for me. Mainly because I'm not entirely sure how an operating system works, why things break, etc.. I plan to go very slowly, and learn as much as I can about operating systems, and all the subsequent software I use, how a terminal works, etc.. Definitely a cliff to climb, but after a bootcamp, learning neovim, and even a split keyboard took some real getting used to, but after all of that, I dont really feel *that* scared to learn something like this. If being a developer has taught me anything, its that the gap between me, and what I want, is separated by some amount of effort, and even failure is deeply rewarding in the long run. https://lnkd.in/g6ybf6ts

dear sir and madam, yes sir we understand all our access to thekkalurproject and G6 Engineers is expected to be unavailable once the respected party takes it over. sir, we just need a confirmation email that respected party just took over the projects. we will unable to sign in to thekkalurproject and G6 Engineers further. it is fairly bigger needs a team to mange on daily basis. a daily scrum along with stand up meeting is needed to run the projects on daily basis. bigger firms have the talent pool and expertise to run this project. Amazon india and Google are few to be mentioned. they are already trained to run similar projects. however we do not press them to take a 3rd party opensource project from LinkedIn. it is the necessity makes the decision making process. we are here open to transfer thekkalurproject and G6 Engineers without any issues. thank you sir madam, thanks, https://lnkd.in/gvDF3-WK

When I worked at BMW Group, I saw firsthand how expensive and painful it was to develop software and experiences for vehicles. It was expensive because it was all based on proprietary technologies, closeted behind high-cost software licenses that acted as gatekeepers and prevented companies from innovating and even providing a semi-delightful experience... It was painful because developers hated those technologies! I know I did! They were outdated, with very little documentation outside those closed circles, and used languages and patterns that were stuck in the last century. It is great to see Automotive Grade Linux addressing those issues and betting on #Flutter to build modern experiences inside the car!
