🌍 Our 2022 Carbon Footprint exercise led to an in-depth assessment and the development of a robust carbon reduction strategy detailed in our 2023 Impact Creation Report. One key initiative is our partnership with Soil Capital | B Corp™ to support farmers in transitioning to more profitable and regenerative agriculture. This collaboration aims to promote healthier ecosystems and ensure more resilient food production from the ground up. Our carbon contribution has financed the adoption of regenerative practices on a total of 209 hectares of crop area across 26 farms in France, Belgium, and the UK. What do Regenerative Farmers need exactly? This question came up on LinkedIn a few weeks ago. It is a misconception that the problem lies on the farmer's plate. The real problem is: Why are farmers not picking up Regenerative Agriculture when it has so many benefits?  To foster the transition, what the regenerative farmers really need is recognition and support in the supply chain.
