Less than 2% of charitable giving in the United States goes to women and girls—and only a fraction of that goes to supporting girls and young women of color. This #InternationalWomensDay, we're calling on philanthropy to #InvestInWomen by creating spaces where adolescent girls and young women of color can learn, play, dream, and become powerful movement leaders. Tides Foundation's Advancing Girls Fund powers grantmaking for girls and young women of color and their allies. Since 2021, we’ve granted more than $61.9M to 150+ girl-centered organizations in 20 countries, 90% of which are BIPOC-led. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ercMjJxw
