Excited to share our paper published in Nature Communications led by Ryan Theisen and Anna Cichonska! In the paper we describe a novel machine learning methodology that's set to transform bioactivity data use in early-stage drug discovery. Our method maximizes the use of bioactivity data, including historically overlooked types, to significantly boost drug activity prediction accuracy. This advancement not only expands the chemical space we can confidently explore but also brings a new level of efficiency and cost-effectiveness to training data preparation.
