(Focus on inbound leads, not primarily cold calling except for the early days only) - Build rapport with customers and understand their financial needs. - Present debt consolidation solutions and negotiate terms. - Overcome objections and effectively close deals. 📌📌📌Qualifications: ✨ - Strong phone manners and ability to build rapport with customers. - Proven experience in sales, customer retention, closing, lead management, or acquisition management. - Experience in cold calling is a plus - Fluency in English with almost no accent. - Ability to negotiate numbers and effectively rebut objections. - PC and headset required. ----- Weekly KPIs: 3 Sales = 1250 EGP 4 Sales = 1800 EGP 5 Sales = 2550 EGP Any closed deals beyond 5 during the week will be 650 EGP/deal That might be tough to achieve at the beginning with the outbound calls only, but with inbounds, you can easily break the 7 sales/week.
