"The past, present, and future may be viewed as a malleable process. Political actors seek to control the past, in order to legitimise their role in the present, and to lay claim to owning the future. Far from ‘the past being another country’, it is continually alive and pregnant with possibility. Hence this becomes a project to shape a harmonious or common identity through the arrangement of historical fragments into a coherent story which is re-counted through the repeated use of traditions, rituals, and universal tropes—in both material and discursive forms.Consequently, reassembling the past—or in some cases preserving the past—through reordered fragments that, once arranged, tell a persuasive and common story helps to rein-force an identity which most in society will be encouraged to adopt." Bolt’s paradigm of strategic communications By Dr Neville Bolt

Gray Rachard Arrington COM XTIA Discussion #2 June 5, 2024 Who are the current editors and where do they currently work? Who publishes the journal? Are the articles mainly quantitative or qualitative? Or Both? Have there been any special issues for this journal? If yes, then on what topics? How many articles in total are published in a period of one year? Are you surprised by the topics of the articles? If yes why? If not, why not? Are there topics that you think should be covered but are not? Review the message from the editor (likely on the journal’s website). Does the editor indicate what he or she is looking for when publishing an article? “COMMUNICATIO TODAY” “COMMUNICATION AND SOCIETY” the mind of a modern brother with roots in history can be powerful 😁
'Slavery throughout world history' will soon be published. The Dutch version was published in 2023 and now in 2024 the English version will be released by Aspekt publishers.

There are many misconceptions about homosexuality in the world. With careful attention to the biblical sides of the controversy. Rev. Lawrence L. Blankenship presents the questions, "How Homosexual Begin?" His examination of the issue draws on biblical and Gospel sources and offers a full discussion of these scriptural sources. This book makes Scripture point-of-view clearer on both sides and easier to understand. The present authors, therefore, feel obligated to indicate why they feel this book is sufficiently different from others to make if useful. History may be considered as a chronicle, "a record of events in order of time." If so, as a subject for study, it has to be learned memoriter and is not an acquisition that has brood application.
