High Support High Challenge 💎💙 The theme for our inset day. Today was the beginning of a journey to strengthen our HACH circle culture, where every member of staff assumes positive intent when receiving feedback, a culture where giving feedback, regardless of our job role, means we are being a good colleague and a culture that will maintain our status as a high performing organisation. We focussed on our toxins, our strengths, our blind spots, methods of effective & ineffective communication and where we sit within our departments and within the HACH circle using C-Me colour preferences. I want to build on the fantastic culture we already have by providing staff the time to reflect on how they react, receive and give feedback- we are no ordinary school, we work hard on the right things to ensure that we develop ourselves as staff, therefore impacting children’s opportunities to compete in the world. We don’t just get held to account by our leaders, we all hold each other to account!
