We recently photographed IOTA Fox Station, a new Denver multifamily project for KTGY. Thoughtfully designed, Iota prioritizes sustainability and efficiency. This all-electric building exceeds NGBS Gold standards with advanced ventilation, a reflective roof, and eco-friendly landscaping. Despite a challenging infill site, the architects created a pedestrian-friendly design with micro-units perfect for urban professionals. The industrial-inspired architecture blends durable materials with modern aesthetics, while solar panels and a green roof align with Denver’s sustainability goals. With easy transit access and a rooftop deck offering stunning mountain and city views, Iota offers a balanced urban lifestyle.
