The Virtual Assistance job is wide honestly, it's not only about handling calendars l, answering and directing calls ,trimming down emails and scheduling. it way more than that. I learnt that a VA has the power to make or break a business and clients reputation. its not an east job. The next skill I learnt is Customer Support VA, they are dedicated professionals who provides remote assistance to businesses I managing their clients interactions,inquiries and support requests. They play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experience and fostering strong client relationships. Customer Support is a wide field and I honestly had to put my head down to learn cause this was when I knew that hints were getting real serious. I learnt about the soft skills and hard skills I learnt about the tasks customer support VA handle like: Phone support,email support, outbound calls, live chat and so on. Also learnt the tools needed for each tasks. I'll need to go back to the books on this one, but I already have the knowledge and idea.
