They assist customers with specific issues or concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions Customer Success Manager: They take a proactive approach. Their goal is to ensure that customers derive long-term value from the product or service. They guide customers toward achieving their goals and maximizing the benefits Duration: Customer Support: Interactions are transactional, with a clear beginning and end. Customer Success: Interactions can also be transactional, but there’s no terminal point. The relationship continues as long as the customer remains a customer Metrics: Customer Support Metrics: Measure the quality and speed of support interactions (e.g., SLA, CES, NPS, CSAT).
