SDRs I’m hiring. You will tweak targeting, cadence, channels, messaging, offer, process, and more to make existing plays more efficient - to generate meetings, pipeline, and revenue faster with fewer sales activities and fewer accounts over time. 2) Running experiments to find new plays that are more effective. If they work, you’ll commit the plays to your playlist and go again. Some will be the coldest outbound. This is totally irrelevant to my field Harry but I'm commenting for 2 reasons. 1. Reach. I mean, why not right? A rising tide raises all boats. 2. You actually mentioned what matters. The pay along with the other important stuff. Kudos to that dude. People like you that are upfront transparent about what someone is going to get paid, or compensated or will receive, whatever you want to use, are what we need more. More power to you Harry. ♥️ 🔥

Thanks for banging the "let's not dodumbthings faster" drum. I am inundated with irrelevant cold emails lately, and it's EXHAUSTING. Just this morning, an SDR invaded my inbox to tell me they helped Sweet Fish, "an agency similar to Haus of Bold, who were struggling with high overhead costs for their graphic design tasks." Meanwhile, I am a solo consultant with minimal expenses, and I don't do graphic design ... or podcast production. 🤷♀️ We need more sales leaders with your mindset. Keep fighting the good fight!
