3 months into my Baltic Journey! 🎉 As it is my last day in the office before I go on my Christmas annual leave, I thought it best I reflect and share my first quarter learnings. ✅ Mastering the Consultative Sales Approach I’ve developed a sharper focus on attention to detail and truly understanding client pain points. It’s not about just selling but providing solutions that create value - an approach that has already delivered results. ✅ Thriving in Office Dynamics Being part of the Acquisitions Team has been both challenging and rewarding. Collaborating closely with the wider Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management teams has given me a greater appreciation for how collective effort drives success. ✅ Leveraging My Personal Skills I’ve brought my competitive edge and resilience to the role, pushing myself to meet (and exceed) company targets. My positive mindset has not only kept me motivated but also helped build an upbeat and supportive environment - whether it’s on calls or within the team. Once again I must thank everyone at Baltic Apprenticeships for making these first 3 months so enjoyable and welcoming! This first chapter has been incredibly rewarding, but I’m far from done. I’m looking forward to returning after Christmas to continue building on this success by growing, learning, and setting new personal bests.
