1 year completed in Genpact

Today officially I’m getting older (again!) as I celebrate my 2 years at Genpact EMEA 🎉 . I think it was my 3rd month at the company when Crina Ilie asked me on one of the calls what I already learned 😊 And of course I had an answer as I already absorbed – what I felt at this point – like tons of insights, observations, and data. But it struck me then, and still amazes me today, that Genpact is really unique with its hunger for constant learning. It’s all about LEARNING here, and that question was so in line with the whole Genpact’s culture. And I know all big companies have their own learning programs and platforms, but here we are talking about whole new level of learning. It’s not just a corporate buzzword. Genome, an award-winning learning platform at Genpact is available for all 115k+ employees for free, and it covers literally everything you could imagine when it comes to professional (and personal!) upskilling and reskilling needs. From soft skills like storytelling techniques and executive presence, through generative AI knowledge to your domain expertise. This is like a candy shop of knowledge 🍬 🧠 , and you can compose your learning journey by yourself by picking the topics, and the trainings levels that fits you the best. Last year all our colleagues (like really, all) were tasked with completing gen AI course as mandatory one – just to make sure we all can keep up with the fast pace of changes nowadays. It’s just impressive how quickly we can embrace all the new technologies and discoveries with that agile attitude. Genpact genuinely cares about its people and makes sure we are ready for what the future brings. Thank you, Judith Schunke, for bringing me to Genpact and this learning adventure, not to mention your brilliant mentorship ❤️.
