I have often mentioned and also heard that event management and marketing communication is all about staying ahead of the curve This little clip that I found in my old HDD today got me to reasses that belief This is just a logo formation from a pitch for the most prestigious event of a tech major. Back in 2019, these graphics, render quality and sound was slick. Today it might just look run of the mill This was one of the few factors that helped us convince the client of our vision and commitment. We ended up winning 2 Asia Level awards for technology based storytelling for this project eventually Today the team that worked on this is doing films, podcasts, nature conservation and what not So I stand corrected and so should others - we think we know what we don't know :) Ignorance can be bliss The future has unfolded in different ways for each of us but everywhere we work - it is the vision that humans bring and the commitment to create bigger, better, sharper and truer results that makes the difference The Edge and the talent to create it reside within. Those can be summoned and channeled at will. Yes, the practice is important but saying that's the edge is most crucial piece would be a lie.
