True, but remember that careers are marathons. It's not about what you do right now. It's about what you do consistently for years on end. People have great long-term memories when it comes to knowing how you make them feel today. So start there. Be kind.

I totally support this article. Before seeking a promotion or salary increase, it is crucial to invest in your personal development by honing your skills. This can be done through independent efforts or by asking for certifications and internal training from your employer. When considering new career opportunities, thoroughly investigate the prospective company, including its team composition, business operations, and growth prospects. Please take the time to carefully select a company that will provide the career trajectory you'd like. Patience and thoroughness are essential in this process!

Great points on how to be more intentional during an early career. I noticed that we often realize such lessons when looking back at our careers.

Sometimes I feel like the only decision that matters is, am I going to show up and give my all to my commitments? With a certain answer the career will take care of itself.
