February 15th is World Hippo Day. A fine day to remind you of the HiPPO effect, as explained by Corporate Rebels: "Many traditional workplaces are threatened by HiPPOs. We’re not talking about big animals here. We are talking about HiPPO as the acronym for Highest Paid Person’s Opinion. What does this mean? It means that operational and management decisions are often made by deferring to the opinion of the person with the highest pay grade. Simply, we tend to overlook the content of an issue to please the most senior person in the room. This is the HiPPO effect. And it causes real harm." Read more at https://lnkd.in/dY6RMqf4

Why talk about food I have talked about all sorts of animals, from the butterfly to the dung beetle and the dog, so what does this have to do with today's picture of world food? Whether you are a dog ant or a human, we all need food and water to live; the planet is where it all begins. There are many different ways of getting food from this planet; some animals only eat grass or berries. We eat a combination of meat and seeds, but we can make a difference by only taking what we need. From the earth healer learn more in my facts children’s books https://aco/d3cZLEoC

The Alien's journal: Chapter 4. Lion vs Dog - What the human chooses to be! A dog will eat anything that you will throw to it: bread, rice, fish, meat, vegetable, noodles, anything. A Lion will not eat anything that you will throw to it. It will not accept anything other than that it is its nature to accept. It will even accept to die of hunger but will not eat grass. Otherwise, even a tamed Lion working for a circus might end up eating the human who is trying to feed him. Most humans have the characteristics of a dog. They will accept anything to get through the day. Throw anything to them and they will catch it. They will accept any type humiliation if it pays to do so. They will feel strong only when in a group. Journalists and media people, in general, share such characteristics. When a news it hot, all of them will jump on it, whether it is true or false, just like a group of dogs attack another dog that finds itself in a weak position. Very few humans have the characteristics of a Lion. They do not have the ability to fight back. They do not have the ability reject domination. They will accept being treated as slaves if it pays to do so. They do not have the ability to get others to respect them. They do not have the ability to respect someone who is stronger or more intelligent than them, contrary to the the Lion that will respect the elephant even though it is the king of the jungle. The Lion does not need to be part of group to feel strong. Interesting lines written by a human on the Quora platform (Ankit Raj)- In the jungle: 1. The Elephant is the biggest 2. The Giraffe is the tallest 3. The Fox is the wisest 4. The Cheetah is the fastest Yet, the Lion is the KING of the jungle even without ANY of these qualities. Why? Because: 1. The Lion is courageous, is bold, walks with confidence, dares anything and is never afraid. 2. The Lion believes it is unstoppable. 3. The Lion is a risk taker. 4. The Lion believes any animal is food for him. 5. The Lion believes any opportunity is worth giving a try and never lets it slip from its hands. So... 1. You don't need to be the fastest. 2. You don't need to be the wisest. 3. You don't need to be the smartest. 4. You don't need to be the most brilliant. 5. All you need is *courage* 6. All you need is the *will to try*. 7. All you need is the *faith* to believe it *is possible*. 8. All you need is to believe in yourself, that *you can* do it.!! Stay in Lion Mode! That's the mode for winners! Lion Mode should guide you throughout your Life... (https://lnkd.in/eU7fVy5t)
What exactly makes the lion the king of the jungle? I’m not even sure lions are the strongest animals.

What are the benefits of an Emotional Service Animal? As I’m sure you’re aware, there are a lot of buildings around NYC that do not allow their tenants to have pets. However, if your pet is certified as an Emotional Service Animal, the building cannot legally prevent the pet from staying there with you. To learn more about this, check out my latest video.
