Meet our Safety Committee Team! The safety committee at Harvey W. Hottel consists of two employees from each division, including one permanent lead/supervisor and one rotating field employee every three months. The committee aims to involve all employees in promoting a safe workplace. The responsibility for safety is shared by everyone, and the committee encourages open communication about job site hazards, near misses, incidents, and proposes safety policy revisions. The primary objective is to discuss and mitigate current hazards, as well as establish proactive control measures for the future.
