Happy Monday! What a great day some of us had (whilst others were working!) at the Denia D*na Gastronomic Festival on Saturday afternoon! It's nearly October, yet we’re still enjoying blue skies, sunshine, and summer vibes in beautiful Denia. The event was a true celebration of the Marina Alta region's rich culinary heritage, with an abundance of fantastic food and wines to sample, all while enjoying live music and the vibrant atmosphere. One of the highlights of the day was the chance to see some of the world’s top chefs in action, including our very own 3 Michelin-starred Quique Dacosta and Vicky Sevilla, the youngest woman in Spain to achieve a Michelin star. All of this set along the beach promenade of Marineta Cassiana, with the breathtaking Montgo mountain behind us and the Denia Castle across the water. It’s days like these that remind us why living here is such a joy—still soaking up the outdoor lifestyle, fantastic cuisine, and beautiful weather even though it is officially autumn.
